ABOUT THE FOUNDER

My name is Mugisha Ali Allan. I am a 30 year old Ugandan, born and raised. I am a Teaching and Healing Artist and Certified Yogi. I am the Founder of the Entebbe Yoga Community and a co owner of Kindle Yoga Studio Entebbe. I am a Teaching & a Healing Artist, a Yogi, I’ve been practicing since 2015 and I have been lucky enough to share my practice since 2018. I am a Trauma informed Yoga Teacher and a Thai Yoga Liberation body work Masuese. I am a meditation instructor. I teach and practice Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga vinyasa Yoga,  Immortal Arts and Qigong.

Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is a process by which one or more participants meditate in response to the guidance provided by a trained practitioner or teacher.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra (Sanskrit: योग निद्रा) or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep“ stage, typically induced by a guided meditation. There is evidence that yoga nidra helps relieve stress.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga as exercise created by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century, often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. He claimed to have learnt the system from his teacher,Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. The style is energetic, synchronising breath with movements.
